Picture 3


This picture is an example of nature photography (because it is a picture of trees, which are part of nature.) It follows the rule of thirds, because the two main trees of the picture and the rope swing form three vertical lines. Also, the coniferous bushes fill the bottom third of the picture. Another thing, the branches form horizontal lines which pull your eyes toward the center of the picture to the focal point, which is the rope swing. The dark background contrasts with the white swing, so you can clearly see which is which. Lastly, the picture is in focus, so all parts of it are easy to see.
